Two Black Female Wildebeest charged with robbing two different suburban Dick’s Sporting Goods stores - Destiny U. Glascow, 18, of Carpentersville & an unidentified colored juvenile
Destiny U. Glascow, 18, of Carpentersville, was charged with two felony counts of aggravated battery, one felony count of retail theft and one misdemeanor count of retail theft, according to a statement from Naperville police.
The younger girl, who was not identified because she is a juvenile, was charged with three felony counts of aggravated battery, one felony count of retail theft and one misdemeanor count of retail theft, police said.
About 1 p.m. on Saturday, police responded to a report of armed robbery at the Dick’s Sporting Goods store located at 2763 W. 75th St., according to police. The two used Mace on store employees while stealing clothes from the store and drove off in a gold Chevrolet.
Officers pulled over the vehicle near the intersection of Ogden Avenue and Rickert Road and took them into custody.
Working with the Bloomingdale Police Department, Naperville Police learned they were responsible for a similar incident earlier that day at a Bloomingdale Dick’s Sporting Goods location.
They were taken to the DuPage County Jail and Kane County Youth Home.
