NEW YORK CITY: Drug lab explosion in Bronx home kills firefighter, injures four cops

An explosion in a Bronx drug lab killed a firefighter Tuesday morning, sources said.
Emergency responders were called to the home on W. 234th St. near Irwin Ave. for a gas leak at 6:22 a.m., officials said. After they arrived, firefighters discovered a drug lab, sources said.
The house exploded about 7:30 a.m., collapsing its roof and sending smoke billowing over the neighborhood.

Southern Calif. police agencies missing 329 weapons
Some of the guns were involved in crimes

Associated Press

SANTA ANA, Calif. — Southern California police agencies have had more than 300 weapons lost or stolen over the past five years.

The Orange County Register reports Sunday that an investigation of 134 state and local police agencies from Kern County to the Mexican border showed 329 firearms were lost or stolen and some were involved in crimes.

The newspaper says the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department reported that at least 103 of the agency's 20,000 guns were lost or stolen over the past five years.

In Hermosa Beach, the police department conducts an annual internal audit of its weapons, and hasn't lost any.

But many agencies don't track their guns.

California law doesn't require officers to report lost or stolen weapons, but departments voluntarily report missing guns to a state database.

In what's described as a starter home in "Click For More",
There are several high-end cars parked beside the blast
Site. The owner of the building has a Mexican name.
"Nobody told me about the Drug Lab."
His assets should be seized. One of the many Criminal
Landlords only interested in making a quick buck.
The House Flipping shows on T.V. don't help.
I've seen White Trash Italians rehab a house, then flip
it to Niggers in a White neighborhood. Fucking Traitors.
Be on the Look-Out for overly-friendly people who move
into that vacant house in your neighborhood. They stay
for about a year, pretend they are part of the Community,
then Vanish. Viola, Niggers suddenly move in, and your
Fucking White Trash House Rehabbers have moved on to
their next project.

This is what happens when strangers move in
and the neighbors all say: "They seem like nice
people", "Oh, they're just starting out", "Yeah, they're
not like us, but it's not up to us to judge them",
"I'm glad someone finally moved into that vacant
house", "Good for them, that vacant house was an
eyesore."
Then BOOM! Buildings 3 Blocks Away Shake!
Fuckers killed a Fire Chief. That's Murder.
Fucking Drug Heads. Make drugs and the rent is free!
This explosion shit usually happens in the Midwest-Meth
section of the Country. Now it's moving into the Cities.

Surprise! this WAS a Marijuana Grow Operation.
Someone pointed out they use large quantities of
gas to convert the grass to a concentrated "oil."
This WAS a rental unit.
All landlords should have a "walk-through" clause in
The lease, and do a pesonal monthly inspection.
Utilities usually monitor for unusual use of large
Amounts of energy, but looks like it was too late
Here and a Death resulted.
This landlord did not care as long as the rent was paid
On time.
