A former Chicago police detective was sentenced
to 8 years in prison Friday evening for causing a fiery wreck on the Dan Ryan
Expressway in 2009 that killed two men and then fleeing the scene.

Once again if IAD wasn't corrupt this Detective would not be heading to prison and two lives would have been saved.
IAD had the chance to correct this problem when Frugoli T-boned the squad in 009.
Corruption and Clout destroyed the CPD and many, many lives along the way.
Will Mayor Rahm Emmanuel and Superintendent Garry McCarthy address the problem?

This guy was indeed an accident waiting to happen. A hapless drunk he was involved in God knows how many other accidents and didn't kill anyone until this mess. Bad ending to his life but much worse for the two men who burned to death in the car he rear ended. I feel sorry for his family but not for him. Don't drink and drive. Pay a cab fare. Much cheaper than getting involved in even a fender bender.
